Infosys: India's tax portal. 600K people could dispute a tax overcharge online, not at an office.
Dartmouth: engineering management. A master's, and a student loan that later became DeFiLend.
Motional: autonomous vehicles. If a rider does not trust the car the first time, there is no second time.
ResMed: healthcare platforms. A model reads the faxes. A person checks the doubtful ones.
Visa: payments, and agents. Tokenization, 3DS, passkeys, and an agent lifecycle 50+ product managers run.
