Who am I
Siddarth Nyati — product manager for regulated money.
Six years of product management across public-sector tax, a regulated healthcare marketplace, and payments infrastructure — every one of them the same job underneath: translate complex rules into running products.
Eager to learn, excited to be challenged, unafraid to struggle — I turn any problem into a working product. Bring it on.
The journey
Engineering — VIT, Vellore
Four years writing software before I knew the word “product.” The thing I kept was the habit: if I can describe it, I can build it.
Infosys — India’s tax rails
600K taxpayers could now dispute overcharges online instead of standing in a government office. 71 form variants, 5M+ users, zero tolerance for error — but the lesson wasn’t about scale. It was empathy: when your user is fighting the tax authority for money they’re owed, every extra click feels like the system is on the wrong side.
Dartmouth — admit, scholarship, and a lesson in credit
The bank wanted our home — worth 5× the loan — as collateral at 12% APR, while a stock portfolio worth more than the loan counted for nothing. That loan seeded DeFiLend.
Motional — autonomous vehicles
Your user is getting into a car with no driver. If they don’t trust it the first time, there is no second time. I built a rider-feedback app (NPS +20%), an org-wide risk framework, and an ops dashboard — but the lesson was simpler: in a domain where a mistake is a headline, you build confidence before you build features.
ResMed — patient resupply
Patients on chronic therapy — CPAP, oxygen — already approved by Medicaid, but 60% weren’t reordering because the process asked too much of people who were already tired. We made it zero-touch: reorder rate 40% → 70%. When your user is someone who needs a mask to sleep, removing one step isn’t optimisation. It’s care.

Every card swipe quietly answers three questions: is this credential real, is this person real, and who pays when it isn’t. I work on the layer that answers them — network tokenization, passkey authentication, enriched authorization data, and the merchant economics that make acceptance worth it. The lesson: this infrastructure is so good that merchants forget it’s there. On stablecoin rails, it doesn’t exist yet. That’s what the five POCs are about.
Portfolio
The work — five stablecoin, DeFi & crypto POCs.
Stablecoins are a rails change, not a problem change — and people don’t adopt financial products they can’t practise first. Five concepts, one interactive.
